Is Schedule E right for my rental?
Many hosts use Schedule E, but some short-term rentals are reported differently. Ask your tax professional. You can switch to the Schedule C template at any time.
Can I track several listings?
Yes. Type the listing name in the Property column, and the summary tab totals each listing separately.
Does it read my Airbnb payout statements?
It's built for expense receipts. Payout reports are income records and are better exported directly from the platform.
