Do you store my receipts?
No. Files are resized in your browser, sent once to read them, and never stored. The table lives in your browser until you clear it.
How accurate is the extraction?
Every row is editable and rows that don't reconcile are flagged to check. Always confirm the numbers against the receipt.
What counts as a credit?
One credit reads one page — one photo, or one page of a PDF. The six sample receipts are free.
Is it free?
Yes. 10 receipts are free without an account, and 50 more come with a free sign-up.
Which tax categories do you use?
A standard set (meals, travel, repairs, software, office, and more). Choose an IRS Schedule C/E, UK VAT or Canada GST/HST preset to relabel them.
Can I use the file in QuickBooks, Xero or Google Sheets?
Yes — download CSV for any spreadsheet, a 3-column QuickBooks CSV for bank upload, or Excel with a tax-category summary tab.
