In your Amazon account, open Your Orders and choose Invoice on each order, then print or save it as PDF. Drop all the PDFs here at once.
Does it list every line item?
Each invoice becomes one row with a short summary of the items in the Description column, plus the tax and total. That's the format most accountants want.
Does it work with Amazon Business invoices?
Yes. Amazon Business invoice PDFs are read the same way. The invoice number goes in its own column.
