🔒 Processed, then discarded. We never store your files. · Not tax advice.
If your bookkeeping lives in Google Sheets, you just need your receipts as rows. Drop your photos and PDFs here, check the table, and download a CSV or Excel file. In Google Sheets, choose File, then Import, and upload it. The Excel file keeps both tabs (All Receipts and Tax Category Summary) as separate sheets. There's no Google account connection and no permissions to grant. You stay in control of where the file goes.
Example output
A few example rows in the Standard format:
| Date | Vendor | Total | Category |

| 2026-09-09 | FedEx Office | 32.75 | Shipping & postage |
Why receipts and spreadsheets don't mix
- Typing receipts into Sheets row by row is slow.
- Add-ons often ask for broad access to your Google account.
- Copy-paste from PDFs breaks columns.
FAQ
How do I open the file in Google Sheets?
In Google Sheets, choose File, then Import, then Upload, and select the downloaded .xlsx or .csv file.
Do I need to connect my Google account?
No. You download a file and import it yourself. We never access your Google Drive.
Do the totals work in Sheets?
Yes. The total row on the All Receipts sheet uses SUM formulas that Google Sheets recalculates.
