What does my accountant receive?
An Excel file with an All Receipts tab (one row per expense) and a Tax Category Summary tab (totals per category and currency).
Which template should I pick?
Standard works anywhere. Use Schedule C for US self-employment or UK VAT if you need VAT amounts. You can switch templates after uploading without paying again.
Do you keep a copy of my receipts?
No. Files are processed and then discarded. The table stays in your browser until you clear it.
