Supplier invoices come in every layout, and you need the same few fields from all of them. Drop a folder of invoice PDFs and get one sheet with the invoice number, invoice date, due date, vendor, a short description, tax and total for each. It's useful for month-end, for handing a quarter of bills to a bookkeeper, or for checking what's still unpaid. Multi-page invoices are supported up to 10 pages each.

Which fields are extracted from invoices?

Invoice number, invoice date, due date, vendor, a short description, subtotal, tax, total and currency, plus a suggested category.

Can it list each line item separately?

Each invoice is one row with a summary of its items. Line-by-line extraction isn't supported yet.

Do I need an account?
