Paper receipts are the hardest to keep: they crumple, fade and get lost. Photograph them flat in good light (several to a photo is fine), move the photos to your computer and drop them all here. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos are supported. Photos are resized in your browser before upload and location data is removed. You get one row per receipt, and you can download it as CSV, QuickBooks CSV or Excel.

Does it work with iPhone HEIC photos?

Yes. HEIC photos are converted in your browser before upload, so there's nothing to change in your phone settings.

Is my photo's location data uploaded?

No. Photos are re-encoded in your browser, which removes EXIF data such as GPS location, before anything is sent.

How do I get the best results?

Lay receipts flat on a dark surface in even light and keep the whole receipt in frame. Blurry or very faded totals are flagged for you to check.
