QuickBooks Online can import transactions from a simple CSV with three columns: Date, Description and Amount. Drop your receipts here, check the table, and choose QuickBooks CSV when you download. Dates are written as MM/DD/YYYY, expenses as negative amounts, and the description combines the vendor and category so matching is easy. Prefer to keep a full record too? Download the Excel file with every column and a category summary as well.
Why getting receipts into QuickBooks is tedious
